A distinct manufacturing facility, Hykon Power Electronics Pvt. Ltd., was established in 1996 following the establishment of the first Hykon Electronics Systems business in 1991, which produced inverters and water level controllers. Additionally, we established Hykon Marketing Systems Pvt. Ltd., a company dedicated to the sales and servicing of Hykon products. Later on, Hykon India Pvt Ltd became the new name.In 1998, Hykon established Hykon InfoTech for software development and website design as part of diversification.Hykon Transcripts Pvt Ltd was established in 1998 as well, specializing in business and medical transcribing. In order to manufacture ETC solar water heaters, Hykon Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. was founded in Coimbatore in 2009.Hykon Electronics' systems were shut down and merged with Hykon Power Electronics Pvt Ltd as part of the process of combining all businesses. Then, in 2017, all three businesses merged to become Hykon India Pvt Ltd, which became Hykon India Ltd.In 2018, we opened our second solar water heater production facility in Pune, Maharashtra, as part of our plan to expand into northeastern and western India.In order to realize the aim of organic farming and agriculture, Crops India Biotech Pvt Ltd was established in 2006. High density teak plantations and mangosteen fruit farming are the company's activities.In order to focus on larger solar power projects and as part of restructuring efforts, the Solar Power plants division was split off into Solgen Energy Pvt Ltd in 2017.
